Returns

1. About the exchange of goods

Exchanges can only be made within 15 days of receipt.

2. Issues that can be discussed include:

Change the color, size, style of other products of the same type.

All products of the same type

Customers can call and check availability such as size, color and style.

Exchanges are subject to availability and inventory.

In case it is out of stock, it will be exchanged for another product

3. Return and payment methods

Customers can return goods to exchange them to the return address.

All items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be returned

Payment for shipping and exchange handling may be made by credit card

4. Transportation

All exchanges will be shipped within 3 days of return and in the order received

5. Shipping costs

If the product is defective due to the store’s fault such as poor quality, size or color errors compared to the order received from the customer, we will fully bear the shipping costs.

On the contrary, if the customer wants to exchange the product without any errors from the store, the customer must bear all shipping costs.

Erdman store will not bear any shipping costs due to customer delays

1. Refund time

You have 15 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery. If the deadline is exceeded, unfortunately we will not refund or exchange the product.

2. Refund method

If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund your money. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, please wait.

3. Transportation costs

If the return is due to a change in personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

If the return arises due to our oversight (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

4. Late or missing refunds

In case you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again then contact your credit company, it may take some time before your refund is posted official.
