1. What is erdman.store return policy?

Packing receipt: You need to include the packing receipt inside the package when returning the product. Any product returned without the packing receipt will not be accepted.

Product condition: All products must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition. Products that are damaged, dirty, or without the original label will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the return label and all shipping and handling costs for the returned product, unless otherwise stated.
