Return & Refund

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if you would like to return the item for an exchange or refund, you have 30 days from the date you received the item to return it. We do not currently accept exchanges, if you would like to exchange for another item, please return the item according to our refund policy and place a new order.

1. 30 Day Return Policy

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. Returns are subject to our policy

You will need to include the packing slip inside the package when returning the item to us. Any item returned without the packing slip will not be accepted. All items must be returned in the original packaging provided. Items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returned product that is damaged, soiled or without the original label will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

3. To return a product, simply follow a few simple steps

– Write to us at [email protected] and request a refund. We provide a return address.

– The customer is responsible for the return label. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned products unless otherwise stated.

– Check the integrity of the packaging (we will accept returns of the Product in new condition).

– Receive a 100% refund within 3-5 business days via the payment method selected at checkout.

4. Refund

Once the independent brand receives the returned product, Erdman.store will issue a refund to your original payment method, which may take 5-7 business days to process, especially during peak times.

After issuing a refund, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account or statement. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been accepted and your refund has been processed.

Original payment method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We do not provide return shipping.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

6. Cancellation (Cancel Order)

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to process the request.

7. Defective Item

If the item is defective when you receive it, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos and a description of the defect. You can contact us here. We will arrange a free return for a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
