Shipping policy

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Order Confirmation Time: 6:00PM (EST).

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (may take longer, depending on destination). Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A signature is required upon delivery.

However, there will be circumstances that we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

2. How do I receive my order?

Our available shipping methods and carriers depend on the location and size of the item you purchased.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs are $6.99 for all orders.

4. Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service representative if you live elsewhere and need assistance.

Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or undelivered packages. It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to return shipping charges.

5. Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.

6. My package is damaged/defective

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Please attach a photo of the damage in your email to expedite the process.
